Great products, I feel better. Just what it said it does to and for the body, is true. My hair and skin feels and looks good, my energy level is up. I will highly recommend those products.
Bottle packaging are very poor quality.
I have not taken it as yet. In the meantime I am taking the Tocotrienols and Cell- detox. So far I am energetic as I anticipated and don't know if it is because I am taking sugar control pills.

Although I am unable to discern if this product makes me feel any better, after reading the booklet, I have a better understanding why this is a better product than other vitamin E products that are not Tocotrienols.
I have not had any problems with taking this supplement. My goal is to see some improvement in my bone density numbers in late summer.
