Ultra Light Roasted: This is recommended for healthy advanced users. The strongest of all 3 coffees, it has the highest potency of caffeine and palmitic acid offering a strong air-roasted coffee to support your gut health and liver health. It is not recommended for the frail or elderly.

Enema Coffee is a specialty grade ground coffee which is very different from a regular store-bought coffee.
